As it is described in the Instructions to authors, for the ISCCRO’18 participants the following three steps should be included:
- after filling the REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT APPLICATION FORM, which includes the Abstract submission (1st STEP),
- and after receiving the Abstract or/and the Final Paper Acceptance Notification, (2nd STEP);
- the ISCCRO’18 Registration Fee should be paid (3rd STEP), using the instructions given below.
- To receive an INVOICE, the participants must fill an adequate section in the Google Form given below.
For payment, all the ISCCRO’18 PARTICIPANTS (authors/presenters, accompanying co-authors, accompanying persons, invited discussants, attendees and invited guests who are coming to the conference), should give information by filling the following on-line

*Note: Statistical “sister” societies from Croatia (e.g., Croatian Biometric Society – HBMD) and from neibourghing countries might be considered here, respectively, too.
The registration fee must be paid only through the bank transfer (cash is not acceptable).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT: Registration fee should be paid in EUR or in Croatian kuna (HRK) equivalent according to the Croatian National Bank official middle exchange rate as of the payment date (According to the CNB official web site http://www.hnb.hr/core-functions/monetary-policy/exchange-rate-list/exchange-rate-list, approximately: 1 EUR=7.5 HRK; 1 EUR=1.17 USD) (Accessed: 12 November 2017). The banking fee should be paid by the conference participant. The proof (copy or scan) of a bank transfer should be e-mailed to: email@example.com
The Croatian Statistical Association is not in the system of Value Added Tax (VAT), so, the conference registration fee is exclusive of VAT (under the Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Croatian Law on VAT).

For the purpose of paying, all the participants, for whom their institutions will pay the Registration Fee, have to fill all necessary details in the Google Form at the link given above, to be able to get a PRO-FORMA INVOICE/ INVOICE needed by the accounting department of the paying institution.
TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE: Please fill the Google Form given above.
INVOICES will be prepared for all the Registration Fees paid.
NOTE #1 The fully paid Registration Fee covers the Book of Abstracts and the ISCCRO’18 Proceedings on the CD (except for an Accompanying person), coffee breaks, and a light lunch during the first conference day and get-together as the welcome reception afternoon with a light finger-food dinner at the first day of the conference. If one of the authors (e.g., the paper presenter) is registered fully, the Accompanying Author’s Fee allows her/him to attend the conference and the get-together welcome reception (none of the ISCCRO’18 Conference materials would be available).
NOTE #2 For publishing an abstract and/or the paper, the registration fee has to be paid until March 29, 2018, as the latest.
NOTE #3 In case of cancellation or for “no-show”, refund of the conference Registration Fee is not possible.
NOTE #4 The ISCCRO’18 conference atendees not related to any of the authors should pay the Registration Fee in full.
NOTE #5 All the papers accepted (or accepted abstracts in an “Abstract only” option) will be published only if at least one of the co-authors registers for the conference and pays the Registration Fee on time fully.
NOTE #6 For the same author/s a second or hird paper will be published only if an additional fee is paid fully.
NOTE #7 A Co-author (Accompanying Author) may pay the Registration Fee as an Accompanying Person only if one of the authors (e.g., the paper presenter) is registered fully, which allows her/him to attend the conference and the get-together welcome reception.
NOTE #8 Student must send the proof (the relevant scanned document from the home institution) of being a Student to the firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE #9 FOR THE VISA: In the case you need a VISA for visiting Croatia, unfortunatelly, the Conference Organizer is not able to support you in your VISA application process.
