Registration & Payment

After filling the Registration and Abstract Application form,(1st STEP), and after receiving both, the abstract and the final paper acceptance notifications, (2nd STEP); the Registration Fee should be paid (participants should proceed to the 3rd STEP).

For payment, all the ISCCRO’16 PARTICIPANTS (authors/presenters, accompanying co-authors and persons coming to the conference), should give information by filling the following Google Form: INDIVIDUAL/ INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT DETAILS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT: Registration fee should be paid in Croatian kuna (HRK) equivalent according to the Croatian National Bank official middle exchange rate as of the payment date (According to the CNB official web site 1 EUR=7,66 HRK;  1EUR=1,09 USD) (Accessed: 1 February 2016). (CURRENCY CALCULATOR for USD and other currancies)
The banking fee should be paid by the conference participant.
The Croatian Statistical Association is not in the system of Value Added Tax (VAT), so, the conference registration fee is exclusive of VAT (under the Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Croatian Law on VAT).

The registration fee must be paid only through the bank transfer (cash not acceptable).

The fully paid Registration Fee includes the Book of Abstracts and the ISCCRO’16 Proceedings on a USB flash drive (except for the Accompanying person/Accompanying author), coffee breaks, and a light lunch and get-together afternoon with dinner at the first day of the conference.

For publishing the paper, the registration fee has to be paid until April 08, 2016, as the latest.

In case of cancellation or for No-Shows, no refund of the conference Registration Fee is possible.

INVOICES will be prepared for all the Registration Fees paid.

For the purpose of paying, all the participants, for whom their institutions will pay the Registration Fee, have to fill the following Google Form at the link: INDIVIDUAL/ INSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT DETAILS to get an OFFER/ PRE-INVOICE needed by the institutions. 

The proof (copy or scan) of a bank transfer should be e-mailed to:

-All the papers accepted (or accepted abstracts in an “Abstract only” option) will be published only if at least one of the co-authors registers for the conference and pays the Registration Fee on time fully.
-A second paper will be published only if an additional fee is paid.
-A Co-author (Accompanying Author) may pay the Registration Fee as an Accompanying Person only if one of the authors (e.g., the paper presenter) is registered fully, which allows her/him to attend the conference and the conference dinner. 
-Student must send the proof of being a Student at the
