The first International Statistical Conference in Croatia- ISCCRO’16, organized by the Croatian Statistical Association (CSA), will take place from the 5th May to the 6th May 2016 in Zagreb, Croatia. The conference will cover statistical topics and areas, but also similar and related areas and multidisciplinary fields. It will provide a platform for international and national networking and exchange of ideas on various aspects of statistics and related professional and scientific areas. The ISCCRO conference is the premiere scientific event in the area of statistics organized in Croatia by the CSA with the tendency to become a biannual event important not only for Croatia, but also internationally, attracting both scientists and professionals in statistics and related multidisciplinary fields from the region and all over the World.

Besides the “Full paper” option, there is a special opportunity for an “Abstract only” application and participation at the ISCCRO’16: There is an option to register and apply only with an Abstract, which should be presented orally and published in the ISCCRO’16 Conference Book of Abstracts. For this “Abstract only” option the Registration Fee remains the same as for the “Full paper” option.

Two Special Sessions are organized at the ISCCRO’16:
(1) Special Session for Young Statisticians (Students, Doctoral Students only)
(The best paper will be awarded)
(2) Special Session for Challenges of Official Statistics.
(The best paper will be awarded)
