Registration & Payment instructions
For payment, all the PARTICIPANTS who attend the 3rd ISCCRO’20, which will be held on 7-8 May 2020 in Dubrovnik, in Croatia: authors/presenters, accompanying co-authors, accompanying persons, invited discussants, attendees and invited guests, who are coming to the conference, should register and give information on payment via Registration and Submission System.

*Croatian Statistical Association (CSA) and sister societies’ members from Croatia and the EU enlargement countries, as well as the official statistics stakeholders’ employees from the region may be considered.
The registration fee must be paid only through the bank transfer (cash is not acceptable!)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT: Registration fee should be paid in EUR or in Croatian kuna (HRK) equivalent according to the Croatian National Bank (CNB) official middle exchange rate as of the payment date (According to the CNB official web site http://www.hnb.hr/core-functions/monetary-policy/exchange-rate-list/exchange-rate-list).

The Croatian Statistical Association is not in the system of Value Added Tax (VAT), so, the conference registration fee is exempt of VAT (under the Article 90, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Croatian Law on VAT).
The banking fee should be paid by the conference participant.

For the purpose of paying, all the participants, for whom their institutions will pay the Registration Fee, have to fill all necessary details in the Registration and Sumbission, to be able to get a PRO-FORMA INVOICE/ INVOICE needed by the accounting department of the paying institution
NOTE #1 The fully paid Registration Fee covers the Book of Abstracts and the ISCCRO’20 Proceedings on the CD (except for an Accompanying person), coffee breaks, and light lunches during the conference days (light finger-food dishes). If one of the authors (e.g., the paper presenter) is registered fully, an Accompanying Author’s Fee allows her/him to attend the conference, but none of the ISCCRO’20 Conference materials would be available.
NOTE #2 For publishing an abstract and/or the paper, the registration fee has to be paid until 10 April 2020, as the latest.
NOTE #3 In case of cancellation or for “no-show”, refund of the conference Registration Fee is not possible.
NOTE #4 The ISCCRO’20 conference attendees who are not related to any of the authors should pay the Registration Fee in full.
NOTE #5 All the papers accepted (or accepted abstracts in an “Abstract only” option) will be published only if at least one of the authors registers for the conference and pays the Registration Fee on time fully.
NOTE #6 For the same author/s a second or third paper will be published only if an additional fee is paid fully.
NOTE #7 A Co-author (Accompanying Author) may pay the Registration Fee as an Accompanying Person only if one of the authors (e.g., the paper presenter) is registered fully, which allows her/him to attend the conference and the get-together welcome reception.
NOTE #8 Student must send the proof (the relevant scanned document from the home institution) of being a Student (not employed!) to the email@example.com
NOTE #9 The Social Programme, i.e. a separatelly prepaid Conference Dinner, will be offered to all the ISCCRO’20 participants before April 2020, and it is not included in the Registration Fee.
NOTE #10 FOR THE VISA: In the case the authors need a VISA for visiting Croatia, unfortunately, the Conference Organizer is not able to support any your VISA application process.
